Our hotel is family-friendly and is often chosen by parents with children, which can lead to noisy moments in some areas. We strive to ensure the comfort of all our guests and appreciate your understanding.
IMPORTANT – For weekend bookings or busy periods only:
In order to confirm your reservation, you are required to pay for your accommodation in advance in accordance with our policy. Please make your payment within 7 days of receiving your proforma invoice or payment link. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation will be canceled. After the transfer, please send us proof of payment.
In order to issue the invoice for the advance payment, we need a copy of the identity card of the person who made the payment. Please send us this document as soon as possible.
We also inform you that for weekend stays, we apply a two-night minimum booking policy, in case you decide to leave earlier, the amount paid cannot be recovered or used later.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable but can be used for another reservation within 6 months. However, if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before check-in, the amount paid cannot be refunded or used later.
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you agree to the above terms and conditions.
