Useful information - Nedei SPA Center
Weekend access:
➔ Saturdays: access for registered guests only.
➔ Sundays: we welcome external clients after 12:00, subject to availability.
Smoking:
➔ No smoking of any kind (classic or electronic cigarettes) inside the SPA center.
Program:
➔ Opening hours: 10:00 – 22:00 – Please leave the SPA center 15 minutes before closing time.
Reservations:
➔ We do not make reservations for SPA access. Entry is subject to availability.
Special program:
➔ The SPA center program can be adapted according to public holidays and school vacations.
Disruptive behavior: Complaints about the behavior of guests or children may result in a request to leave the premises.
Food and beverages: It is strictly forbidden to bring food or bottles into the SPA center.
Children access: Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to enter the SPA unaccompanied by an adult.
Towel card: 50 lei towel card fee at check-out.
Personal risk: Use of the spa is at your own risk.
Swimming pools: Ladies must wear a helmet or have their hair tied back when entering the pools.
Safety: Do not run! The floor may be slippery. We are not responsible for injuries caused by not following the rules.
Personal belongings: We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the lockers or other common areas.

What is the water temperature in the indoor pool?
The water temperature in the pool ranges from 31-33 degrees Celsius.
How to use the lockers in the locker room?
The lockers are dedicated to people who are not accommodated in the hotel. At the SPA reception you will receive a bracelet with a number indicating the number of the locker you will have. That bracelet must be brought close to the digit that unlocks the door, and the door will open automatically. ATTENTION: please do not lock the bracelet in the locker, it must be kept on your hand at all times.
What is the recommended time for a sauna session?
The recommended time for a sauna session is 15 minutes. Showering before and after using the sauna is mandatory!
