Our story
Nedei Hotel & SpaNedei Hotel & Spa is a family business built on a passion for hospitality and the desire to offer guests a place to enjoy comfort, tranquility and authentic experiences in one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in Romania.
Our story began in 2015, when we decided to invest in a new area for our family, with the goal of creating a hotel that meets the most important needs of the modern traveler: relaxation, quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Located in Mărtinie, at the Transalpina’s gateway, Nedei Hotel & Spa has constantly developed through sustained investment, modernization of facilities and attention to every detail. Today, the hotel is one of the most popular destinations in Alba County for relaxing stays, family vacations, private events and corporate meetings.

From idea to reality
The road to the opening of Nedei Hotel & Spa has been built with patience, perseverance and attention to every detail.
The construction of the domain took almost seven years, during which the project has been constantly evolving. The initial plans have been refined many times, and each stage has brought new ideas, solutions and investments to make the experience as complete as possible for future guests.
As the project took shape, so did the vision for the hotel. We wanted to build more than just accommodation, a place where comfort, relaxation and hospitality come together in a natural way.
The hotel was originally scheduled to open in summer 2020. In light of the challenges posed by the pandemic, we have chosen to delay the opening and invest additional resources in the development of a modern Spa Center, believing that it will add significantly to the guest experience.
Thus, in August 2020 the construction of the Spa area started, a project completed after about 11 months of work. The completion of the Spa Center also marked the moment when we were able to open the entire area to the public, offering complete relaxation and wellness facilities from the very beginning.
Looking back, we consider this decision to have been one of the most important for the development of Nedei Hotel & Spa and for the experience we offer today to every guest who crosses our threshold.

One of the important advantages of the location is its proximity to the national highway network. Nedei Hotel & Spa is about an hour from the A1 highway, allowing quick and comfortable access for guests arriving from all over central and western Romania.
